Shipping + Returns

Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders under $75 incur a $4.99 shipping charge.

All orders will ship out within 24-48 hours once the order has been placed. 

Exchanges
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase! Items must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received your purchase. If your return is received after the 14 day window, we are unable to process the transaction. After the 14 day window expires, you will have 30 days to be issued a store credit.

STORE CREDIT will be issued in the form of an online credit code or in store credit for the amount of the purchase. Any associated shipping fees will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for paying any shipping fees associated with the return.

Returns can be carried out via USPS or in-store at Something Blue Bridal.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it, free of stains and odors. Tags must also be attached.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and in-stock. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with pictures to lucaandleray@gmail.com. Upon our approval, send your item to: 324 E. US Highway 30, Schererville, IN 46375.

Attention "Returns"

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund code amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
